SEARCH & BROWSE RESTAURANTS

1. Search through an extensive list of restaurants by availability, name, area, or display restaurants near your current location.
2. Browse and explore restaurants based on customer ratings, offered cuisines, location, operating hours, and various other reservation options.

INSTANT & REQUEST BOOKINGS

1. Restaurants are categorized into two booking types: INSTANT BOOKINGS (watermelon color label) and REQUEST A BOOKING (turquoise label).
2. Choose 'Book Now' or 'Request' buttons to specify a date, party size, and time for your reservation.
3. Instant bookings at restaurants are automatically confirmed, while request bookings require acceptance or decline by the establishment.
4. Look for the 'medal icon' denoting restaurants that promptly respond to booking requests. The Average Response Time is shown when tapping the turquoise label on request restaurants.

YOUR BOOKINGS

1. Access your upcoming and past reservations through the bookings tab.
2. View, share, modify, or cancel any upcoming bookings and review past reservations.

FAVORITES

1. Save your favorite restaurants by tapping the 'heart icon' for easy and quick future reservations.

NOTIFICATIONS

1. Receive confirmation for instant bookings via SMS and/or email.
2. A reminder SMS is sent one day before and on the day of your booking reservation.
3. Guests can confirm or cancel bookings by replying Confirm or Cancel to the SMS/Email notification.
